Shipping & Delivery
Renoazul Official provides free UK delivery on all orders, with no minimum spend. Most in-stock rugs are delivered to mainland UK addresses within 1–3 working days. Remote areas and offshore locations may require additional time.

Returns & Exchanges
Unused rugs can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Returns Policy.
Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. We cover return shipping costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied rugs.
Exchanges depend on product availability. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Refunds
Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
